Hi, i recently migrate from win 7 to ubuntu 10.10, in an ACER ASPIRE 4736, the MICROPHONE doesn´t work, and the camera works in cheese but not in a video chat service, i´ve been trying to make it work whit any tutorial in internet, but it just don´t pleeeeeeeeessssssssssseeeeeeee i´m don´t want to go back to win7, i just like ubuntu thanks in advance

Affects any model using the Broadcom BCM 4132 wi-fi chipset. There are reported problems connecting to a Belkin F6D4230-4 v1 router. This is fully repeatable and independent of the router settings. It is possible that other routers have the same problem which seems to be related to the Broadcom card, and or drivers. The problem is seen with all available drivers including the Windows driver running under ndiswrapper.

Wi-fi works great, all other too, but microphone and webcam doesn't work.. Also graphic card: Intel GMA 4500MHD. I entered to Terminal glxgears, and it shows 62 FPS/s. But 3D acceleration is allowed.. I read, I must work with file xorg.conf in folder etc/X11/ but I can't find it! So it's normal, when I run 3d game and fps is for example 5 FPS/s..

problem; My touchpad is horrible, it is a multi touch (pad) but there are not any physical buttons on it, it just detects that if your touching the first key, then its a left click, if second then it assumes it is right, but ubuntu does not like that at all so I cannot right click at all
Also the fingerprint scanner does not work either.. thats not near as important as the touchpad to me though

problems:
1. My internal mic doesn't work, while on Windows it's working just fine.
2. Fn keys doesn't work.
3. For some reasons I hear sounds that reminds me of a grinder, Happens only when I'm using ubuntu and someone logs into Pidgin for example.
4. My mouse pad, Supposed to be Multi-Touch. so it's not working on ubuntu.
