Should be named .conf and not .config. Please do:

sudo mv /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.config /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf

Next, you need to edit the file to change every instance of Blacklist to blacklist. It makes a difference.

May I know the files you blacklisted?

Also, I suggest you recheck your dmesg command. It was:
